I am a software developer with a passion for web development.I have a strong interest in the development and infrastructure. I am currently working as an SAP BASIS at AGIT. in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Experience
I am currently working as an SAP Basis Consultant at AGIT, Jakarta. I am currently working on the operation team handling multiple clients while also leveraging my skill with SAP ABAP. Things i am in charge with:
- Perform daily system monitoring and health checks for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and Solution Manager systems to ensure high system availability and performance. Also perform monthly technical report of the SAP system(s).
- Handle incident and service requests (ticket-based operations) including authorization issues, transport management, database errors, and failed jobs.
- Apply SAP Notes and Simplification Item Check (SI Check) for S/4 Hana Compatibility Pack to prepare for patching and system updates.
- Manage Fiori authorizations, including tiles, catalogs, and groups, ensuring proper access control and role assignments.
- Collaborate with Basis and application teams to analyze and resolve system performance and configuration.
- Administration of SAP HANA and Sybase ASE databases, managing backups, monitoring sessions and locks, and resolving resource issues (e.g., exhausted RAM).
Contributed to vendor migration program while also learning about the on-premise ecosystem of telkomsel and the operations.
- Contributed to the migration of on- premises infrastructure from VMware to Red Hat, including the development and execution of comprehensive migration plans.
- Assisted in the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Gained hands-on experience with cloud technologies, automation tools, and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices, contributing to the overall efficiency of the cloud environment.
- Developed an internal tool to enhance operational efficiency by automating the process of server resource requests, from creation and assessment to onboarding.
